MitchCo enjoyed collaborating with a current client on another exciting project: converting Mississippi’s largest former western bar and the Dancing Bear pizza place into a cutting-edge performance offroad truck shop. The transformation was truly remarkable.

The new store features approximately 3,500 square feet of retail space with new offices, along with about 1000 square feet dedicated to parts storage. The shop area itself spans roughly 5,000 square feet and is outfitted with high-end equipment, including an alignment machine, tire machines, and three bays with two-post lifts, as well as a flat work bay. A powder coat oven was also installed for added capability.

The shop now boasts new epoxy flooring, high bay lighting, air conditioning, and crisp white ceilings. In the retail showroom, commercial LVT flooring was installed, paired with blacked-out ceilings, slat walls, track lighting, two sales kiosk, and two ADA-compliant restrooms.

On the exterior, we added two new showroom entrances framed by rough-cut timber canopies. For added safety, bollards were placed around the seven newly installed overhead doors. The parking lot was seal-coated and striped, and new signage was installed both on the building and on the pedestal sign, completing the transformation with a fresh new look.
